StrideFlow ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile app that helps you turn personal goals into a calendar plan with an AI assistant. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the App.

02Acceptance
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
03Apple End User Licence Agreement
The App is licensed to you on the terms of Apple's standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" (the Apple EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), as supplemented by these Terms. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails for the matters it covers.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
04Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@strideflow.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- do anything illegal under French or EU law;
- harass, defame, or threaten other people;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent French law expressly permits;
- generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or designed to deceive;
- probe, scan, or stress-test the service, or interfere with other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
06The AI assistant is not professional advice
The in-app assistant generates suggestions automatically from your goals, calendar, and the messages you send it. Its output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when it matters.
07Your content
You retain all rights in the goals, plans, notes, and messages you create in the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you, and to forward the parts you have opted into to our AI processor as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Pricing
The App is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish the pricing and any additional terms in the App and through Apple's App Store before you are charged, and any purchases will be billed by Apple under your Apple ID.
09Service changes and availability
The App is under active development; features may be added, changed, or removed. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10Warranty disclaimer
Within the limits permitted by French law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law (notably articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code on conformity defects).
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by French law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising out of your use of the App. This clause does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings, under Privacy & Data, by tapping Delete account. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Nanterre (France) have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
