The basics

What is StrideFlow?

StrideFlow is an AI coach that turns a goal into a realistic weekly plan, one built around your schedule and the life you already have, not a generic template. You tell it what you're working toward, and it figures out when the work actually fits.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a goal of any shape: fitness, learning, creative projects, professional milestones, personal habits, a big life event. StrideFlow doesn't assume you're an athlete. It adapts to whatever "making progress" means for you.

How is this different from a to-do list or my calendar app?

A to-do list captures tasks and a calendar stores events, but neither decides when you'll actually do the work. StrideFlow plans the sessions, slots them into your real availability, and reshuffles them the moment your week changes.

How it works

How does StrideFlow build my plan?

You set a goal (with a deadline or an ongoing weekly commitment), then share your fixed commitments and when you're realistically free. StrideFlow works backward from your target and lays out a week of sessions that fit around everything else.

What happens when my week falls apart?

That's the point of it. When a meeting moves or a day gets heavy, just tell the coach in plain language. Say "a meeting moved, reschedule today" or "today's packed, lighten it up," and your plan adjusts. Flexible sessions slide automatically around anything fixed.

Can I track more than one goal?

Yes. Keep up to 10 goals on the go, with your top few active for planning at any time. Each can have its own deadline or a steady weekly rhythm, so a long-term goal and a near-term deadline can coexist without colliding.

Is the coach really AI, and what can I ask it?

Yes, it's a genuine AI assistant you chat with in normal language. Ask it to build a plan, reschedule your day, rethink your week, or just talk through how to approach a goal. No rigid menus to wrestle with.

Your calendar & privacy

Do I have to connect my calendar?

No. It's completely optional, and you can connect later. But linking your calendar is what lets StrideFlow plan around your real commitments instead of guessing, so it never books a session over something that's already there.

What can StrideFlow see in my calendar?

You decide, calendar by calendar. Set any calendar to "Busy only" and StrideFlow sees only that a slot is taken, never the title, location, or notes. Choose "Share details" only where you want it to understand the commitment. It never touches your guest lists.

Does StrideFlow add things to my calendar?

Only if you want it to. It can write your planned sessions to a dedicated StrideFlow calendar on your device so everything lives in one place, and you can switch that off anytime. Nothing is written without your say-so.

Is my data private, and can I delete it?

Your plan and goals are yours. You sign in with email, Apple, or Google, you control exactly what your calendar shares, and you can delete your account whenever you like, which permanently wipes your goals, plans, and conversations. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
